As we all know, insurance reform for mental health is very important and necessary! It needs attention now. Millions of Americans with mental illness do not have equal access to health care.

Many insurance plans discriminate by liminting visits, requiring higher co-pays and deductibles, and imposing lower annual and lifetime spending limits. The Paul Wellstone Mental Health Equitable Treatment Act would require that mental illness be treated in exactly the same way as physical illness.
